Waverley City Archers Inc. was founded in 1981, and the club celebrated 40 years in 2021. Due to public health restrictions in place at the time, we were unable to formally celebrate this milestone. WCA commissioned a limited edition run of club uniforms featuring a special 40th Birthday design created by WCA member Helene Wilson.
Clem Sedgman, then editor of the WCA Newsletter, published a special edition of the club bulletin, outlining a brief history of WCA and a selection of his best and most unique memories of the club, having been a part of Waverley City Archers since the early 80s.
